Happiness is a Butterfly

Creating my T-shirt design felt like a journey in itself. I'd been thinking about what happiness really means

and how it always seemed just out of reach, like a butterfly that flits away the moment you get close. I wanted to

capture that feeling in a way that felt meaningful yet lighthearted, so I came up with the words: "Happiness

is a butterfly. The more you chase it, the more it will evade you, but if you notice the other things

around you, it will gently come and sit on your shoulder."

It was a reminder to myself—and anyone who wore the T-shirt—that happiness isn’t something to run after.

It’s something to notice in the quiet moments, the little things we usually miss.
